Surah AL INFITAR, is the 82nd Surah with 19 verses and in Juz#30 of the Quran-e-Pak. It is a Makki Surah.
This Surah(Al-Infitar), along with Surah Al-Takwir and Al-Inshiqaq, provides an exhaustive description about the 'Day of Judgment'.
Inference:
Verses 1-5:Indicate Signs of the Judgement Day.
- The splitting of sky
- Falling of stars
- Violent eruption of sea
- Opening of graves…
Things that once amazed us, amaze us no longer, and the beautiful creations of Almighty Allah come crumbling down from magnanimity to nothing.
Verses 6-9: Allah (SWT) questions the astonishing disbelief of man in his CREATOR and the Day of Judgement.
All HIS creations are formed to perfection and all things engineered by humans are based out of the creations of Allah (SWT). We need to be happy and content with what we have been endowed with and not complain as this would be disrespecting Allah (SWT).
Verses 10-12: In these verses Allah (SWT) is cautioning us on how nothing is hidden from HIM as there are Kiraman and Katibin recording all our deeds and the Angels are always around us watching.
One thing to note here- Allah (SWT) knows things even before they happen, then what is the need for HIM to get these recorded? HE wants us to know how transparent he is going to be on the Day of Judgement.
Verses 13-16: In the Judgment, the righteous shall be rewarded and the wicked punished.
Verses 17-19: On the Day of Judgment there shall be no intercessor except Allah (SWT). It all depends on our good-deeds and Allah's Mercy.
Thanks
